This series on TELECOS (Telecommunications Companies) will therefore look at the histories of the major global players from their inceptions right up to the modern world of fast internet connections and mobile telephony.
This site deals with mobile phones in the mobile/cellular telephones in one section of the site and the internet and computers are discussed in the Celtnet Information region of the site, so its only a natural progression for the internet, how it arose, and where it is going to be discussed here.
I'm starting this process by discussing the major telecommunications companies and how they have evolved and developed.
