101 Uses for an Old Mobile Phone

Are you one of the thousands of people with an old mobile phone languishing in the corner? If you are then why not contact Envirofone.com they could give you up to £150 for your old phone. It’s better than having that old phone sitting around doing nothing. Read the full story to find out more…

envirofone.com - cash for your old mobile

I know, the title isn’t strictly true, in that I haven’t exactly got 101 uses for an old mobile (though I’m certain that I could make some up!). But if you’re like me, then I’m certain the you probably have a number of old mobile phones lying around the place. Of course, you could give them away to charity. If you’re intrigued by how mobiles work then you might even want to take the phone apart to see how it works? OK, so this is one of my preferred options and I’ve done it several times (you can see one of my dissasembly attempts at my Motorola V3 disassembly guide. Soon I’ll have a page for a Sharp MX-20 disassembly guide. Of course, my aim is to learn how the phone works and then to put it all back together again.

I’ve used this information to replace fascias etc for phones and any resultant guides are posted back on this page. But I still have a functioning phone at the end of the process.

One of the things you might want to consider is to contact Envirofone.com who will actually give you money for your old phone (up to £150, depending on the phone). Why not turn that old mobile languishing in the corner into some well-needed cash?

Give Envirofone.com a go. It’s better than having that phone of yours sitting in a corner doing nothing. After all, mobile phones are full of toxic chemicals and you can’t safely (or leagally) put them in the bin.

If you phone is dead though, then you could consider donating it to me. If yu have such a dead phone and would like to send it to me then contact me at dyfed at celtnet.org.uk. I will basically take the phone apart, use the dissasembly to create a new page for this website, so that others know how to fix or upgrade their phones an I will then dispose of the phone components safely.
