Ingredients
210g mung bean sprouts
Worm Burgers Preparation:Method:Wash the bean sprouts then mix 140g of the bean sprouts, the beef and the egg in a bowl. Season well then form into six patties. Fry these in a pan over medium heat until well browned on the base. Turn the patties over, and continue frying until coked through. Once the patties are done place in the buns and top with the reserved mung bean sprouts. Add the mayonnaise and ketchup to resemble pus and blood. Find more Halloween Recipes Here |
