Wasabi Salad Dressing Recipe

Origin: Fusion      Period: Modern

This is a recipe for anyone who likes the pungency of wasabi and it makes a rather intriguing salad dressing.

Ingredients

2 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp wasabi paste
3 tbsp rice wine vinegar
1 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp sesame oil

Wasabi Salad Dressing Preparation:


Method:

Mix the soy sauce and vinegar in a bowl, add the sugar until it's all dissolved then add the sesame oil and wasabi paste and whisk together. Place in the fridge and allow to cool until ready to serve. Whisk the mixture once more just before you use it to dress your salad.
