Ingredients
2tbsp Cornflour Turkish Delight Preparation:Method:In a pan, mix the sugar and cornflour together and dissolve in the water. Add the cream of tartar and bring to the boil. Cover and cook for five minutes. Bring off the boil, add the flavouring and colour along with the nuts. Stir together then pour into a shallow pre-oiled pan. (if desired you can divide into two or three batches and add separate flavourings/colourings). When completely cold cut into squares, roll in icing sugar and store in an air-tight tin. |
