Ingredients
225g shredded pork
Stir-fried Sow Thistle with Pork Preparation:Method:Mix the liquid ingredients together, stir-in the cornflour and season. Add the sliced meat to the marinade and toss to coat. Set aside to marinate for 30 minutes, tossing again half way through. Heat a little groundnut oil in a wok or large pan until sizzling. Add the ginger and stir-fry for 2 minutes then add the onion and fry for 1 minute before adding the meat. Continue stir-frying until the meat begins to brown then add the sow thistle leaves and continue frying for a further 4 minutes. Add any remaining marinade, allow to heat through and serve. |
