Smoked Salmon in a Wild Chervil Marinade Recipe

Origin: Britain      Period: Traditional

Ingredients:

150g smoked salmon strips
40g wild chervil, finely chopped
40ml lime juice
1 tbsp cracked black pepper

Smoked Salmon in a Wild Chervil Marinade Preparation:


Method:

Combine the wild chervil, lime juice and black pepper. Layer the smoked salmon in this and cover. Place in the refrigerator to chill for at least 4 hours before serving.
