This is a classic French cold sauce, based on mayonnaise, that is typically served with grilled meat or fish that has mayonnaise as its base. Ingredients:
300ml mayonnaise sauce
Sauce Rémoulade Preparation:Method:Prepare the mayonnaise according to the mayonnaise sauce then blend in the herbs, vegetables and anchovy fillets before blending in the mustards. This sauce needs a distinct mustard tone, add more if the flavour is not sufficient for you. |
