Ivy-leaved toadflax leaves
wild chervil
Hairy Bittercress or Lady's Smock
Wild Lamb's Lettuce
Wood Sorrel

100g chopped cos lettuce
100g rocket

Method:

Method

You will need to collect about 200g of the wild leaves. Was them well then toss all the leaves together and dress with a classic vinaigrette.
