Rose Hip Sorbet Recipe

Origin: Britain      Period: Traditional

Ingredients

180g sugar
900ml water
70g fresh rose hips, crushed

Rose Hip Sorbet Preparation:


Method:

Add the sugar and water to a pan. Bring to a boil then take off the heat and add the rose hips. Allow to cool to room temperature then strain to remove the hips. Place in an ice cream maker and allow to form a sorbet, according to the manufacturer's instructions.
