1 tsp toor dal (split dried lentils)
Rasam Powder Preparation:Method:Individually toast teach of the ingredients above until aromatic then transfer to a coffee or spice grinder. When all the ingredients are ready, grind to a fine powder then transfer to an air-tight container. It will keep for several months. |
