Prawns Wrapped in Sea Lettuce Recipe

Ingredients

350g prawns, shelled
100g (about) fresh sea lettuce
2 tbsp groundnut oil
salt and freshly-ground black pepper, to taste
paprika, to garnish

Prawns Wrapped in Sea Lettuce Preparation:


Method:

Rinse the sea lettuce thoroughly then use individual leaves to wrap around the prawns. Heat the oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat, add the prawns and fry gently for about 1 1/2 minutes per side. Transfer to a serving bowl, season with salt and freshly-ground black pepper, garnish with a sprinkle of paprika and serve as a starter
