Ingredients
8 large potatoes, halved lengthways and sliced into half moons 3mm thick
Potatoes Baked with Chicken Hearts and Mushrooms Preparation:Method:Place half the potatoes in the base of a greased baking pan then season with the salt, black pepper, paprika and cinnamon. Place the chicken hearts on top then cover with the sliced onions. Season well and scatter the parsley over the top Top with the sliced mushrooms then cover everything with the remaining potatoes. Spread the mayonnaise over the top. Cover and place in an oven pre-heated to 180°C and bake for about 35 minutes. Serve hot. |
