This is a classic German spice blend typically used with meat stews or as a flavouring for sausages (though it also works well as a rub for barbecued meat). Ingredients:
2 tbsp pimento, finely chopped
Pefferposthas Spice Preparation:Method:Combine all the ingredients in a jar and sore in the refrigerator where it will keep for up to 1 week. Use about 1 tbsp to flavour stews near the end of cooking. |
