Ingredients:
1.4kg chicken, cut into serving pieces
Orange Burgundy Chicken Preparation:Method:Wash the chicken, remove the skin then place the pieces the the base of a crockpot. Combine all the remaining ingredients in a bowl. Whisk to mix thoroughly, then pour this mixture over the meat. Cover and cook on low for between 6 and 8 hours. Serve hot on a bed of rice with green vegetables. |
