Mulled Cider Punch Recipe

Origin: America      Period: Traditional

Ingredients:

2 small eating apples, peeled, cored and chopped
6 cloves
2 cinnamon sticks
2 tsp ground ginger
6 allspice berries
2 tbsp brown sugar
60ml water
juice of 1 orange
juice of 1 lemon
4l cider

Mulled Cider Punch Preparation:


Method:

Combine all the ingredients in a saucepan, bring to a simmer, cover and cook for 10 minutes. Strain to remove the spices and serve warm.
