Moroccan Orange Salad Recipe

Origin: Morocco      Period: Traditional

Ingredients:

6 ripe oranges, peeled with a knife and thinly sliced across the segments
12 fresh dates, pitted and thinly sliced
2 tbsp slivered almonds
2 tbsp orange flower water
ground cinnamon to garnish

Moroccan Orange Salad Preparation:


Method:

Arrange the orange slices on the bottom of a plate, scatter the dates and almonds over the top then sprinkle the orange flower water over everything. Cover the plate and chill for an hour. Scatter a little ground cinnamon over the top then serve.
