Mango Salad Recipe

Origin: Niger      Period: Traditional

Ingredients:

2 mangoes, cut into 1.5cm cubes
1/2 fresh pineapple cut into 1.5cm cubes
120ml lemon juice
250ml orange juice

Mango Salad Preparation:


Method:

Mix the mangoes and pineapple in a large bowl and add the lemon and orange juice. Spoon the mixture into lettuce cups and garnish with 2/3 fresh strawberries.
