Ingredients
1 fully cooked spiral-cut ham (about 3.5kg)
Mango-Orange Glazed Ham Preparation:Method:Combine the garlic, chutney, mustard, brown sugar, orange zest and ginger in a food processor. Pulse or blitz until smooth then place the ham, skin side uppermost, in a roasting pan and pour the glaze over the top, packing into the surface of the meat. Transfer to an oven pre-heated to 175°C and roast for 1 hour, basting every 15 minutes with the marinade. When done, transfer to a wooden block, cover with foil and set aside to rest for 15 minutes before carving. |
