200g coriander seeds
Malaysian Kurma Powder Preparation:Method:Heat a non-stick pan and use to dry roast each spic separately until fragrant and aromatic. Turn onto a plate and set aside to cool. When cold, transfer to a coffee or spice grinder and grind to a smooth powder. Transfer to a jar and store until needed. |
