Macadamia Ginger Biscuits Recipe

Origin: Australia      Period: Traditional

Ingredients:

240g macadamia butter
240g caster sugar
1 egg, lightly beaten
125g preserved stem ginger, chopped

Macadamia Ginger Biscuits Preparation:


Method:

Add all the ingredients to a bowl and mix well to combine. Drop heaped teaspoons of the mixture onto a greased baking tray and flatten slightly with a wet fork (leave at least 3cm between them).

Place the biscuits in an oven pre-heated to 170°C and bake for 15 minutes, or until lightly browned all over. Leave to cool on the trays for 5 minutes then transfer to wire racks to cool completely.
