Ingredients:
1 tsp Black Mustard Seeds
Lentil Or Potato Tempering Preparation:Method:In medium to hot oil, fry the mustard seeds until they pop. Lower the heat and stir-fry the garlic, ginger & chillies until light brown. Stir in the curry leaves & cook for a further 3-5 minutes. Serve over boiled lentils or boiled potatoes. |
