This is a classic quick to make sauce based around A1 sauce thinned with cream that is typically served with fish cutlets and grills. Ingredients:
150ml A1 sauce
Last-minute Sauce Preparation:Method:Combine the A1 sauce and cream together in a pan. Whisk gently to combine then place over a low flame and heat gently until warmed through. Take off the heat, season with salt and black pepper then stir in a god pinch of sugar and serve. |
