Ingredients:
600ml double cream
Irish Whiskey Syllabub Preparation:Method:Combine the lemon juice, honey and whiskey in a bowl and stir to combine. In the meantime whisk the double cream in a bowl until stiff peaks form. Whisk the whisky mix in until firm then spoon into wine glasses. Chill for 1 hour then garnish with freshly-grated nutmeg and serve. |
