Hot Artichoke Dip Recipe

Ingredients

200g tinned artichoke hearts, drained
80ml mayonnaise
1 tbsp pimneto, diced
100g Parmesan cheese, freshly-grated
80ml sour cream
1/8 tsp garlic powder

Hot Artichoke Dip Preparation:


Method:

Chop the artichoke hearts then combine in a crockpot along with all the remaining ingredients. Cover and heat on high for about 45 minutes, or until hot. Serve in a warmed bowl with tortilla chips or crackers.
