Honey Sauce III Recipe

Origin: Britain      Period: Traditional

Ingredients

60g butter
1 1/2 tsp cornflour (cornstarch)
150ml clear honey


Honey Sauce III Preparation:


Method:

Melt the butter in a pan then stir in the cornflour. Gradually add the honey and bring the mixture to a boil. Cook for about 2 minutes to thicken and clarify then serve hot over sponge puddings or ice cream.
