Ingredients:
675g lean boneless lamb
Herbed Barbecued Lamb Preparation:Method:Cut the lamb into the thinnest slices you can. Meanwhile, mix together all the remaining ingredients, whisking to combine. Place the lamb in a flat dish and cover with the marinade. Turn the lamb pieces to make sure each side is coated then set aside for at least 20 minutes to marinate. When ready to cook place the lamb slices on the barbecue and cook for about 5 minutes per side then serve immediately. |
