Grilled Orange Roughly RecipeOrigin: New Zealand Period: Modern |
|
Orange Roughly is a fish particular to New Zealand waters. It's a mild, firm-textured fish and you can substitute hoki, halibut or red snapper (to name but a few). Ingredients
6 orange roughly fillets
Grilled Orange Roughly Preparation:Method:Place the fillets in a shallow baking dish. Combine the water, ginger, lemon juice, soy sauce and chilli flakes together and process in a blender until smooth. Pour this liquid over the fillets, cover and marinate in a refrigerator for at least 4 hours. Remove the fish fillets from the marinade and coat on both sides with the sesame seeds. Oil your grill rack, place the fillets on the rack and grill for about 8 minutes per side, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork. |
