Ingredients:
3 lobsters (about 225g each)
Grilled Lobster with Lime Butter Preparation:Method:In a bowl mix the butter, lime juice, lime zest, barble sauce, spring onions, chives, paprika, salt and pepper. Form into a round and chill in the fridge (it's best to do this beforehand). Split the lobster lengthways then season lightly with the barbie seasoning and cook onder a medium grill for 10 minutes, shell-side up (the shell should be red and the lobster meat white when it's done). Turn the lobster over then slice the butter with a hot knife and place a single slice on each lobster half. Grill for a further 3 minutes then serve. |
