Ingredients:
2 tsp instant coffee 
Greek Coffee Frappé Preparation:Method:Add the coffee, sugar and about 5 tbsp of water to a cocktail shaker. Shake until the coffee mixture is thick and foamy. Strain this mixture into a tall glass then add the cold water, milk (if using) and the ice cubes (do this carefully so you have layers). Greek Frappé is always served with a straw, which is also used to stir the milk and coffee layers together. |
