Ingredients
450g rolled oats
Grain, Nut and Fruit Muesli Preparation:Method:Spread the oats and barley flakes on a baking tray and place in an oven pre-heated to 150°C and roast lightly for about 10 minutes, until gently toasted. Turn into a bowl and set aside to cool. Stir-in the remaining ingredients then transfer to an air-tight container for storage. Serve with milk and sweeten with honey, sugar or syrup (if desired). This is excellent topped with fresh fruit. |
