The quantities here are meant for a 10-cup teapot. Adjust the quantities according to your teapot size or the number of cups you need to make. Ingredients:
10 tbsp freshly-grated ginger
Ginger and Lime Tea Preparation:Method:Warm your teapot with hot water. Discard the water then add the ginger, honey, lime juice and lime sliced to the pot. Add 10 cups boiling water, stir to combine then cover the teapot and allow to steep for 10 minutes. Pour through a strainer into cups and serve. |
