The gin sling is a classic British cocktail made from gin and lemon juice. However, for a festive twist I make this with either sloe gin or bissap gin. Give it a try, it really hits the spot! The quantities here make a pitcher of gin sling Ingredients
300ml gin (or Sloe gin or Bissap gin) 
Gin Sling Preparation:Method:Shake all the ingredients together, pour over 500g ice cubes and stir to cool. Pour into a high-ball glass and garnish with a lemon twist. |
