Ghost Cookies Recipe

Origin: America      Period: Traditional

Ingredients:

180g almond bark
450g nut butter cookies
small black jelly beans

Ghost Cookies Preparation:


Method:

Melt the almond bark gently in a bain-marie or saucepan then dip 2/3 of the cookies in the white chocolate, shaking gently as you withdraw to remove and excess coating. Set on a sheet of waked paper to set.

Now cut the jelly beans in half and place on the cookies as eyes. Allow the white chocolate to cool completely before serving.
