Garlic Oil Recipe

Origin: Italian      Period: Traditional

Ingredients:

60ml extra virgin olive oil
4 garlic cloves

Garlic Oil Preparation:


Method:

Simply add all the ingredients to a food processor and blend until smooth. For a milder flavour roast the garlic before adding. The oil will keep for several weeks in a sealed jar or bottle and the flavour will develop the longer it's kept.

As a guide 1 US cup of flour = 4 1/2 oz = 140g (this applies to breadcrumbs, ground almonds etc
1 US cup of butter/margarine or sugar = 7 oz = 200g
