Fried Brains Recipe

Ingredients

250g walnuts
50g brown sugar
60g butter
2 tsp paprika

Fried Brains Preparation:


Method:

Melt the butter in a pan and when beginning to bubble add the sugar and paprika. Stir until the sugar has dissolved then add the walnuts and stir to coat. Cook for 5 minutes then turn out onto a plate to cool before serving.

As a guide 1 US cup of flour = 4 1/2 oz = 140g (this applies to breadcrumbs, ground almonds etc
