Ingredients
250g linguine
Fresh Herb Linguine Preparation:Method:Cook the pasta until ready according to the packet instructions (usually about 6 minutes). Drain the pasta then toss in a warmed bowl with a little olive oil to prevent it from sticking. Cover with a clean tea towel and set aside to keep warm. In the pan used to cook the pasta add the butter and garlic. Cook on medium heat until the butter has melted (about 4 minutes) then stir-in the linguine along with the parsley, oregano and lemon juice. Season with salt and black pepper then cook stirring frequently until heated through (about 3 minutes). Turn into a warmed pasta bowl, sprinkle the Parmesan cheese on top and serve. |
