Raita is an example of Fijian Indian cuisine. It's a condiment that makes a wonderful accompaniment to any curry dish. Ingredients
500ml yoghurt or light sour cream
Fijian Raita Preparation:Method:Toast the cumin seeds for a few minutes in a dry frying pan, until they are fragrant and slightly toasted then grind to a fine powder. Combine with all the other ingredients and serve as an accompaniment to any curry dish. |
