Faluda Recipe

Origin: Pakistan      Period: Traditional

Ingredients:

150g spaghetti, pre-cooked
3 scoops vanilla or pistachio ice cream
120ml cold milk
rose syrup or Rooh Afza
crushed ice
a little lime jelly (jello)
assorted chopped fruit (pineapple, apples, peaches, bananas, mangoes etc)

Method:

Take 4 tall glasses and layer the ingredients in the order given. Serve chilled.
