1l water
Equatorial Guinea Peanut Sauce Preparation:Method:Fry the onion and garlic in the oil until soft. Pound the tomato and chilli together into a paste and add to the pan. Fry for a few minutes then add all the remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil, reduce to a simmer, then cook, uncovered for 30 minutes. If the sauce isn't thick enough for your liking then cook further. You can turn this into a stew rather than a sauce by doubling the volume of water and adding 2 chicken breasts, thinly sliced. |
