Ingredients:
2 eggs, well beaten
Easter Peanut Butter Eggs Preparation:Method:Whisk the eggs in a bowl then beat in the salt, followed by the peanut butter, then the sugar and finally the vanilla extract. Bring the mixture together as a firm dough then take pieces and shape into eggs (whatever size you prefer). Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie (double boiler) then take off the heat, allow to cool slightly and dip the peanut butter eggs in this until evenly coatd.
