Ingredients
5kg fully-cooked whole ham (bone in)
Easter Ham Preparation:Method:Place all the ingredients, except the ham, in a saucepan and stir until the cornflour dissolves. Bring the mix to a boil and allow to simmer for about 1 minute. Place the ham in an Oven Cooking Bag (or form a parcel from strong aluminium foil). Pour the sauce over the ham in the bag and seal. Place in an oven pre-heated to 170°C for between 2 1/2 to 3 1/4 hours. Allow to cool slightly before slicing and serving. Find more Easter Recipes Here |
