Ingredients
180ml white wine vinegar
Dill Cucumbers Preparation:Method:Whisk together the vinegar, sugar and dill in a large bowl, until the sugar has dissolved. Add the cucumbers and onions and stir to coat in the dressing. Cover with clingfilm (plastic wrap) and refrigerate for alt least 6 hours (preferably overnight). Serve as an accompaniment or use as a basis for a salad. |
