Cumin Paste Recipe

Origin: India      Period: Traditional

Ingredients:

2 tbsp ground cumin
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp crushed dried red chillies
1/2 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp salt
3 garlic cloves, chopped
3 tbsp coarsely chopped coriander (cilantro)

Cumin Paste Preparation:


Method:

Combine all the ingredients in a food processor and render to a smooth paste. This can be used immediately or frozen in ice trays for later use.
