Crockpot Citrus Fish Recipe

Origin: America      Period: Traditional

Ingredients:

675g fish fillets
salt and black pepper, to taste
1 onion, chopped
5 tbsp parsley, chopped
4 tsp olive oil
2 tsp freshly-grated lemon zest
2 tsp freshly-grated orange zest
orange and lemon slices to decorate

Crockpot Citrus Fish Preparation:


Method:

Butter your slow cooker (crockpot) then season the fish fillets to taste. Layer these in the crockpot then place the onion, parsley and grated zest over the fish. Cover and cook on low for about 90 minutes. Serve garnished with the slices of orange and lemon.
