900g pork steaks
Crockpot Cantonese Pork Dinner Preparation:Method:Heat the oil in a heavy frying pan over medium heat then add the pork steaks and brown on both sides. Remove the meat from the pan and combine with all the remaining ingredients in a slow cooker (crockpot). Cook on low for between 6 and 8 hours. Serve hot on a bed of steamed rice. |
