Ingredients:
900g minced beef
Crockpot Cabbage and Beef Casserole Preparation:Method:Brown the beef in a frying pan and drain. Add the beef stock to a slow cooker (crockpot) then layer half the cabbage, onion, herbs, meat and garlic salt before repeating the layering process. Top with the tomatoes and a dusting of oregano. Cook on high for 1 hour then stir all the ingredients together. Continue cooking on low heat for about 8 hours. Serve hot. |
