Ingredients:
1 chicken (about 1.5kg) cut into serving portions
Crockpot Brunswick Stew Preparation:Method:Combine the chicken, onion, ham and potatoes with the water in a crockpot. Cover and cook on low for about 4 1/2 hours, or until the chicken is done. Remove the chicken from the broth, allow to cool a little then strip the meat from the bones. Return the meat to the pot then add the tomatoes, beans, sweetcorn, salt, sugar and black pepper. Cover and cook on high for 1 hour. Serve hot. |
