Crockpot Broccoli Soup Recipe

Origin: Britain      Period: Traditional

Ingredients:

1l water + 4 chicken stock cubes (or 1l chicken stock)
50g onions, chopped
350g potatoes, diced
450g broccoli florets, chopped
800ml Cream of Chicken Soup
300g Cheddar cheese, shredded

Crockpot Broccoli Soup Preparation:


Method:

Add the water, stock cubes, onions, potatoes and broccoli to a slow cooker (crockpot). Cook on high until the broccoli stars to soften (about 5 minutes). Add the cream of chicken soup and the cheese then turn the crockpot to low and continue cooking for about 2 hours.
