Ingredients:
1l water + 4 chicken stock cubes (or 1l chicken stock)
Crockpot Broccoli Soup Preparation:Method:Add the water, stock cubes, onions, potatoes and broccoli to a slow cooker (crockpot). Cook on high until the broccoli stars to soften (about 5 minutes). Add the cream of chicken soup and the cheese then turn the crockpot to low and continue cooking for about 2 hours. |
