Ingredients:
900g broccoli florets, choped
Crockpot Broccoli Soufflé Preparation:Method:Steam the broccoli gently for about 8 minutes, or until just tender then drain and set aside to cool. Combine the soup, mayonnaise, onion, egg, cheese and cooled broccoli then place in a lightly-greased 3.5l slow cooker (crockpot). Crush the Ritz crackers and mix with the butter. Use this to top the broccoli mixture then cook on high for about 2 1/2 hours. Serve hot. |
